What are the Introductory Courses?
We ask that all new members take the Introductory Course, which will give you essential information on equipment, use of the workshop, health and safety procedure, materials, and introduce you to a network of support. It is a great introduction to meet others. For details of upcoming courses, you can email email@example.com
Can I bring a friend to the workshop?
Unfortunately not, unless they are joining the course. If you need to discuss an exceptional circumstance, please email us at hello@heyho and we’ll try to help.
Do hey ho & co have a car park?
There is no designated carpark but all parking is free on the roads around the studio and store.
The product or workshop is out of stock or full booked, what should I do?
Please contact us and let us know what product or workshop you were looking at. We will do everything we can to get it in for you, or update if a space becomes available or let you know when the next workshop is
Our Covid-19 Update
- Shipping is likely to be delayed due to the delivery networks taking longer. This can be anywhere from 5-10 days.
- We use Royal Mail, Hermes and DHP as our delivery partners and we work with them really closely to ensure that parcels are delivered in a timely fashion. However, staff shortages and a more in demand system mean that parcels will take longer and we ask for your patience where possible.
- We do not work out of a warehouse, all orders are packed by a small team (1 or 2 people) so social distancing is adhered to at all times.
- We are a small, family run shop and juggling small children at home, so please be patient as we adapt our business to this new normal. If you need anything, please drop us a line and we will always do our utmost to get back to you ASAP and help resolve any issue.

We currently only ship within the UK.
Could I collect my items from you instead of paying for shipping?
Of course! Just select the Free Local Collection option at checkout.
If I need to return an item, what should I do?
Please have a look at our return section for full details on how to return or exchange an item. We have tried to make it as simple as possible but please let us know how we can help if you are having any issues.

Thank you for choosing Hey Ho & Co. We have chosen the most reliable postal services we can, taking out the fuss so you get your delivery safely and quickly. Once you have placed your order, we’ll email you when your order is dispatched (usually 2-5 working days). The parcel tracking number should be automatically sent to via Royal Mail or our selected courier.
We offer free standard UK delivery for orders over £50. This must be selected at checkout to be redeemed. If this is not selected, then it is presumed you would like a shipping upgrade to first class / next day delivery and will not be refunded.
Local Pick-up is available to customers who wish to collect their order from Hey Ho & Co. A standardised email will be sent to you saying your goods have been dispatched - this means that they are ready for collection!

Please note that Hey Ho & Co does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
Although you are more than welcome to leave delivery instructions in the customer comments. We cannot guarantee that these will always be transferred over to the courier company notes.
UK DELIVERY ONLY products – hey ho & co reserve the right to cancel an order where an item has been purchased but the delivery address is outside of the UK (for certain products only – stated with product description)
If you have ordered a product on pre-order, your entire order will be shipped once this pre-order product has arrived. If you would like your items sent separately, please state this at checkout. You will be asked to pay for extra shipping if applicable.
